Returns and Exchanges

You can return purchased items within 14 days from when your order is delivered. To return a product, please send it to the following address:

Please also e-mail us on customercare@jaaf.com and let us know which products you are returning and let us know the tracking number of the return package.

For a return to be accepted, the products shall be in their original condition, not bearing the sign of usage and with all their tags intact.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned items through the original payment method.

Please note that JAAF cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel. Parcels for which the customer’s identification (surname, first name, address, and tracking number) is not possible shall be refused. 

If you are returning a product from outside the EU, please e-mail us before sending the package, so that we can issue a return invoice for the customs clearance.

We can only offer exchanges for a different size within the same model and colour. If you would like to exchange a given product for a different size, please contact us at customercare@jaaf.com and inform us which size you are interested in. We will inform you if the item is available and hold it for you. At this point, please return your original purchase, and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship the item in the size of your choice to your original address.

If you are interested in exchanging your purchase for a different model, please place a new order at www.jaaf.com and return the unwanted products.
